Audio/Visual Technician
For the auditorium, chapel, and main youth room there may be a technician charge to account for our staff running the audio/visual components of your event. If you have an approved technician that has been trained or volunteers regularly, please list their name and contact information below.
Food/Drinks
Note: we do not allow any food/open drinks in the chapel and auditorium spaces.
She will reach out with any questions or points needing clarification. She will also provide the Facility Use Agreement Sheet and Invoice for the rental (if applicable). She will let you know if/when your event has been approved. This may take up to 5 business days. Please be aware that misuse of the space, damage to the facilities, or other circumstances may prevent future reservations from you personally or your organization. Thank you for helping keep UCC a clean & welcome environment for more than 50 groups who use our building each week (on top of one off events throughout the year!)
